booking co-ordinator, Amanda Bonatti.

"There’s no cancellation fee, and no financial obligation if the client isn’t satisfied," explains Amanda.
"That means it’s important to get things right first time. The key to our success is being very honest
on the phone. A client has particular things in mind, and we make absolutely sure we know what
those are. The requirements are usually physical, but it’s also important to know the type of person
they want.
"We’ve never had a problem with an overseas client, and rarely have problems with others – our
methods go a long way towards preventing dissatisfied clientele. Mona Lisa is about the quality of

"Some of the girls do have boyfriends," says Amanda. "One of them has been going with the same guy for
seven years, although she began escorting for us about nine months ago. Before that, she was an interior
decorator.
