Recently, our agency was targeted by a very low class and unprofessional agency
who attempted to slander our excellent and world renowned good name, which was
reported to the ACCC for enforcement under s.79 of the Trade Practices Act, and referred to our legal team.
The reason for these attempts is our high standing and success in the Australian
adult industry, and their inability to compete. Our reply is as follows; click on each point:
1. We were accused by the abovementioned low class agency of introducing ladies on different prices.
Practically and theoretically, this is ridiculous and impossible. We have over 30
ladies representing us, and each lady has her own profile - one cannot be confused
with another. If we ever have a situation where a client has already booked a certain lady,
with particular physical and personality qualities that he requested, and the lady is unavailable,
we discuss with the client the option of a similar lady, on the same level, or usually higher,
at the same price as his original booking. The higher level model is paid her full fee, the agency covers
the difference. However, valued clientele, the same cannot occur at the low class agency.
As they only have a staff of 6 - 8 ladies, it is quite obvious to us, and our loyal clientele,
which agency tries to make fools of men by sending ladies out at many different prices.
These practices have nothing to do with us, and never will. Our firm commitment to integrity and
discretion is well known by the many who have dealt with us.

Speaking of lack of professionalism and business integrity, the same low class agency took
it upon themselves not only to copy our copyrighted html pages, but also to "edit" the content
therein, using disgusting words and concepts, that the low class agency themselves no doubt
live by. Mona Lisa is far above such immaturity, and obviously the two leagues are very, very different.

3. The same low class agency has accused us of promoting ourselves as 'the oldest agency
in Australia'. Firstly, lets get one thing straight. Mona Lisa was founded in 1991, in Europe, where
it was originally established. Years before Mona Lisa was brought to Australia, everyone knows
there were well respected, well established, decent competitors, some of which include
Tiffany's, The Gateway Club, Australian Escorts, Coco's, Multinational Escorts, Tudor Court, Golden Apple, etc.
Places who have built their way up
through the years, providing quality services and standards, always competing honestly and
fairly in this competitive industry. Those who can't compete often resort to under-handed and
childish measures to try to reach the level of success they aspire to, but can never achieve.
Their positioning in advertising says little about their standards or years in the industry either, as these
positions are passed from person to person as businesses are sold and re-sold, and positions are easily
bought. It is quite easy to
get the front position in advertising venues. It is harder to be in the front position when it comes
to people's opinions, return clientele, and of course your ladies' incomes.
In this industry, there always has been, and always will be competition.
If the low class agency thinks they are the only one, it stops here. Mona Lisa, and
the above mentioned establishments will always proudly represent the Australian adult industry
on an international level.
Nobody, especially a low class agency like the one mentioned here, can
stop us from doing this, or compete on any mature, talented level; all this low class agency
can do is point out the businesses they are jealous of, and can't keep up with.
Of course, we don't mind that much, because whenever our name is
mentioned in their marketing stupidity, it simply serves to send us more visitors, and ultimately
more clientele and better business. When people check the real

to see what the low class agency is complaining about, they see what we can do for them -
they see our high standards, and suddenly realize why the low class agency is so worried by us...

4. The Australian Adult Awards was set up to reward the elite in each area of the industry. They are a
fully registered, legitimate and professional company, which awards people as they see fit. Mona Lisa
was awarded the 'Best Escort Agency' award fair and square. The awards were awarded on how
many different votes a nominee received from it's loyal clientele. We can't help it if our clientele
love us and our ladies, and we can't help it if the low class agency received no votes, or did not
follow procedure in the nomination stage. All awards posted on our site are true and genuine awards,
which we, our ladies and our clientele know we fully deserve and have worked for.
Awards do not fall
into one's lap, do they? ( Except when fake awards are posted, as seen locally, those trying
to copy our high standards, and ride on our elite coat tails - everyone knows
who copies whom...)
One must work to be honoured. It is not just for recognition, but for reassurance
to all who deal with us, that our high standards are followed through every time. We do not make promises
we can't keep. Recognition is irrelevant in any case - the low class agency has a very well-recognized
reputation, the only problem is, it is not recognized for it's good name, like Mona Lisa is. It is recognized for the
bad experiences people have had to endure, clientele and ladies alike. We will go into deeper detail on this
point further on, in point 7, Files and Documentation.

5. Everybody knows there are very few agencies who use 100% real photos. Even the low class agency has
been caught 3 times using fake photos, although of course we have a little more intelligence, taste and
class than to splash them all over our own website, promoting the low class agency in the process...
People who have used the low class services know first hand about these instances, and probably many more.
On most sites, 99% of photos are real, and one or two will be guides, as the lady in question is either new, and
has not had her photo shoot yet, or she is worried for her safety, regarding people who know her, and
wishes for a close copy of herself to be posted instead. We prefer to provide real photos, but they will be adjusted
where necessary to protect identities, eg we may adjust a model's hair slightly in shade or length, change the
background or the color of her clothing, remove any identifiable moles, marks or freckles, perhaps have the
model wear a bronzer to tweak her skin tone, all to protect her identity.
We will not deny our lovely, deserving clientele the pleasure of meeting an utterly beautiful girl, who can
make his life wonderful for awhile, simply because she is too afraid, or too new to have photos of herself
on her online profile. The bottom line is whether she is what the client is wanting, and whether the client
is happy. He always is, or we would hear about it. Many girls are told they look a little different from her
photos anyway, so who is to say whether photos really help in the decision making process? We've had no
complaints yet... We stand behind our standards 100%.
We offer no disappointments, no obligation, and no cancellation fee. Can the low class agency
offer these odds? No. We are hardly likely to post photos of ladies we cannot deliver, now are we?
Since we do not simply stand the lady against a wall or on a chair, and snap a few happy-shots, our lady's
profiles take longer to be uploaded, and our clientele's understanding regarding this is appreciated.
We have several professional photographers, make-up artist and hairdresser, in a 5 star hotel room or on
location, with
all the state of the art equipment and lighting, to make sure the images of our ladies are of the standards the
lady will arrive to you in - often the photos still do not portray the intense beauty and charisma of the lady.
Our ladies are constantly told "You look better than in your photos! ". We can understand
if that happens at the low class agency - their photos are low quality and low standard, like themselves.
But with our level of photography, the ladies are still better looking? -

6. The abovementioned low class agency, in the past several months, has stolen and registered the .com
versions of more than half the professional establishments in Sydney. What does that tell you??
Whenever the low class agency finds the tiniest, lowest risk competition, who have worked hard to
establish a reputation, (which the low class agency still cannot compete with!), they resort to
the lowest, seediest levels of deceit and practices, to put the decent establishment down, in the hope of
boosting their own lagging, disreputable image.
WE have tried on 1000's of occasions to contact the cowards behind this low class agency and it's low class
behaviour. All we got was cowardly, gutless hiding - they'd "just stepped out of the office" conveniently,
seconds before our calls, every time. Then they would respond with immature comments, while hiding
behind cowardly, gutless emails. The one time we surprised them into answering the phone, we got a
response that we, and undoubtedly the rest of the adult industry deems as a typical response from a
common, uneducated, unstable person: "the whole thing is just a little game! "
They wanna play?? OK. That's fine - but they have to remember this:
If they fuck with the bull, they WILL get the horns. A game it is not.

7. Unless we receive a personal apology, face to face, (which we do not expect will be forthcoming, as we
know they do not have the intelligence, balls, decency or anything close to integrity, to do so), this
material will be continued; - STAY TUNED - in the next edition, we will expose why the low class agency
cannot keep their girls, their staff, or their clients. We have legally signed documentation
and legally recorded confessions, an archived file of deceit and destruction. We do not just have
fake, made-up allegations in little e-mails. We have solid evidence for our claims. The
only 'trust' anybody has in this low class place is that it can be well trusted to stoop to the lowest possible
levels, and to cheap, indiscreet publicity stunts, to get any kind of attention or minimal income.

8. PS - We have not stated the name of the abovementioned low class agency, because every person
that has anything to do with the Sydney adult industry, either as a client, a participant or a business
owner, knows who has been the biggest embarrassment to the adult industry, and who operates under the
worst industry practices ever seen in the last 4 years, since they opened.

We would like to call a challenge - we would encourage clientele to book a lady on one of the low class
agency's higher levels, then book a Mona Lisa lady from one of our lower levels. We GUARANTEE the
quality, service, presentation and overall experience will far surpass that of the low class agency's attempts.
If nothing else, this should force the low class agency to start providing a nominally better level of service,
although it may be a high call for an agency with such an appalling reputation for zero standards...
